My mother has adjusted well to her new room and the staff have been attentive and outstanding to all of her needs. Mom loves the food and the dinning room as well. As her son, I am too grateful to Amy and all her staff with helping navigate the family with the adjustment as well!

My mom became a resident at Creekview Skilled Nursing seven months ago. At that time, she weighed about 105 lbs and was unable to perform most of the daily activities. My mom was even told by staff at her previous facility that she would never walk again. Today, she weighs about 125 lbs and she is able to perform most daily activities with some assistance. Furthermore, she can walk 75 feet with a walker. I would like to acknowledge Nicole, her Physical Therapist, because she played a major role in the progress made by my mom. In addition, both of the Lindsays in the Business Office were awesome and Amy in the Business Office was always very helpful and accomodating.

My husband was a resident at Creekview Health Center for almost one month. Over the last 7 years he has been at 2 other Skilled Nursing Facilities, Creekview by far surpassed the others! The therapy was outstanding and the nursing care was top notice. My husband suffers from severe pain and they were able to manage his pain within the first 24 hours, when the hospital was not able to. Dr. Kari was very responsive and easy to communicate with, any questions I had were answered within 24 hours. He missed his dogs terribly while he was at Creekview and Rosanne from activities made sure he was visited weekly by their therapy dogs, I was also able to bring in our dogs as well! The food was delicious, he even has filet and shrimp for a “Candle Light Dinner”. We can not say enough positive things about Creekview, if you are in need of a Skilled Nursing Facility, this is the place to go!

CreekView Health Center is 5 stars in all aspects and highly recommended. Having been to almost 100 such facilities, the worst and the best were encountered. CreekView is truly one of the best. There are excellent people that make this facility run so well. They are caring, compassionate and hard working. My 92 year old mother was in rehab and came out just about good as new. Thank you so much for the fine service.

Creek View is an excellent example of cleanliness, and care in helping patients regain their strength in times of need! Having experienced rehab in two other convalescence homes, Creek View excels far above the others. ALL of their staff, physical therapists ALL worked to ensure the best Care for the patient. Their dieticians prepare a wide array of meals to appeal to any pallet to pick & choose from, served hot. Thank you, Creek View!!!
